Trusted Quality Switzerland GmbH – Your local ITSM Group partner 

The responce in Switzerland to the topic "Service Quality Increase", as well as "IT Process and Structure Optimisation" was so successful, that the board of the ITSM Consulting GmbH has decided to found a subsidiary in Switzerland. The Trusted Quality Switzerland GmbH was founded in 2014 as a 100% subsidiary of the ITSM Consulting GmbH and is focussed on the Swiss market.

The tried and tested service portfolio of the ITSM Group is also offered in Switzerland. The Swiss customers find out about the particular expertise particularly from the fields IT Service Management, IT Governance and Organisation optimisation, as well as the support for ITSM Tool solutions and ITSM trainings. The practice-proven IT Quality orientation is also available in Austria, with an exclusive 360° methodology, which supports and prepares a later possible ISO or TÜV certification of IT services, in the foreground.

The symbiosis from respectively relevant practical experience, technical specialised know-how and implementation competence, connected with a lived hands-on mentality, enables the Trusted Quality Switzerland GmbH to obtain optimum results at, with and for the customer. For us, clearly measurable, self-explaining and comprehensible results, which can concretely be integrated into the control of the company, are important.

Mr. Helmut Schönherr 

After an education as insurance broker and additional IT education, Helmut Schönherr has headed in various management positions (from Project Management to commissioner) in insurance companies, the necessary group-wide IT topics like for instance sales systems, DataWarehousing and legacy systems and has created the organisational, operational and technical IT frame conditions necessary for it. In parallel, he was active in strategy groups on the national and international level, in order to provide innovation in the fields of IT Service Providing in the form of Outsourcing, Outtasking and Managed Services for the large corporations, as well as to qualitatively ensure new technological approaches for the daily operational activities from a conceptional and implementation-related point of view.

Mr. Schönherr has founded his Management Consulting company in the mid 90ies and has successfully worked in a leading capacity in various consulting projects for medium-sized companies and large corporations; his focal points lie here in the field of (re)structuring, business and IT alignment, strategic IT Management and holistic optimisation of IT Service Organisations. Due to his professional career, Mr. Schönherr has both excellent knowledge and capabilities for the organisation, and for the effective and efficient operational conducting and optimisation of IT organisations, as well as for successful management of companies. His excellent consultant skills, with analytical and conceptional competences and with the will power and ability to convince, make him the accepted dialogue partner, both on the technical-specialised level, as well as on the leadership levels up to the C-Level. Longer-term engagements are successfully implemented as interim manager in collaboration with the Management of the Client.
