Area of responsibility 
  • Consult our clients on the selection and use of the appropriate platform 
  • Assumption of quality and budget responsibility for the project to be delivered 
  • Development of suitable technical process definitions considering the ITIL definitions and the reference processes of the ITSM Group 
  • Support the technical process implementation on the platform from the technical process definitions 
  • Depict the application concepts 
  • If required coordination of the iterative implementation 
  • Prepare the test and acceptance phase

Essential experience: 
  • Several years of professional experience in projects where you had a formative role in the implementation of ITSM platforms, such as a project manager, architect or consultant  
  • Especially technical experience on one of the following platforms is an advantage: Ivanti Service Manager or ServiceNow 
  • Good knowledge of ITIL definitions, which you can verify through an ITIL certificate for example ITIL experts 
  • Certification according to PRINCE2, GPM / IPMA or comparable qualifications
