To strengthen our business unit "People Enablement" in the DACH region as soon as possible we are looking for a: 

Account Manager for ITSM Solutions (m/f/d) - (Ref.-Nr. 2018_61)

Your tasks
  • Active acquisition of new Enterprise Solutions projects for existing customers as well as new customers, working in close coordination with the responsible Key Account Manager and Delivery
  • Complete maintenance of all relevant information in ITSM Group’s leading sales system (CRM)
  • Creation, presentation and negotiation of offers and contracts, working in close coordination with Delivery and the responsible Key Account Managers
  • Creation and presentation of monthly forecast reports for Sales Management
  • You report directly to Sales Management Germany
  • Positioning of the product and solution portfolio from the Enterprise Solutions business unit
  • Responsible for the entire sales process and coordinating all internal and external resources relevant to the sale
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Expansion and maintenance of the manufacturer / partner relationship with specific focus partners


Your profile
  • Successfully graduated with a Business Administration degree or similar qualification
  • Sales professional in the acquisition of new customers and customer support in the B2B environment (hunter mentality) with a focus on ITSM platforms
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with regards to complex consulting services in the IT industry
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (ideally have sales certifications) in the positioning and sale of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Ivanti) and related services
  • Sales experience in the automotive, healthcare, banking, insurance and public sector as well as DAX companies is preferred
  • Experienced in quality-oriented assessment of needs and development of concepts in collaboration with consultants
  • Experienced in producing quotes and following up
  • Sales certification in Ivanti and / or ServiceNow is a plus
  • High profitability awareness and results-oriented, proactive working methods
  • Confidence and persuasiveness in contract negotiations
  • Highly self-motivated and a team player
  • Willing to travel within Germany for sales
  • Very good German and English skills
