To strengthen our business unit "People Enablement" in the DACH region as soon as possible we are looking for a: 

Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - (Ref.-Nr. 2018_60)


Your tasks
  • Active acquisition of new customers and projects in a defined sales area
  • Responsible for the development and expansion of long-term, trusting customer relationships up to management board level
  • Addressing and presenting ITSM Group’s entire product and service portfolio
  • Responsible for the entire sales process and coordinating all internal and external resources relevant to the sale
  • Creation and further development of sales planning for selected key customers, working in collaboration with Specialist Sales, Delivery and Management
  • Complete maintenance of all relevant information in ITSM Group’s leading marketing system (CRM)
  • Creation, presentation and negotiation of offers and contracts, working in close coordination with Delivery
  • Creation and presentation of monthly forecast reports for Sales Management
  • You report directly to Sales Management Germany

 

Your profile
  • Successfully graduated with a Business Administration degree or similar qualification
  • Sales professional in the acquisition of new customers as well as account management in the B2B environment (hunter mentality) with regards to complex consulting services (consulting and managed services) in the IT sector
  • Sales experience in the automotive, healthcare, banking, insurance and public sector as well as DAX companies is preferred
  • At least 5 years experience in leading virtual sales teams consisting of specialist sales, internal sales and service
  • Experienced in quality-oriented needs evaluation and development of concepts in cooperation with the consultants
  • Experienced in producing quotes and following up
  • Several years of experience in the IT Service Management market and ITIL Foundation or ITIL Expert are a plus
  • Knowledge and sales experience in common IT Service Management platforms are preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO 20.000 and ISO 27.001 standards is preferred
  • High profitability-awareness and results-oriented, proactive working methods
  • Confidence and persuasiveness in contract negotiations
  • Highly self-motivated and a team player
  • Willing to travel within Germany for sales
  • Very good German and English skills
