To strengthen our business unit "People Enablement" in the DACH region as soon as possible we are looking for a: 

Trainer ServiceNow (m/f/d) - (Ref.-Nr. 2018_70) 

 

Area of responsibility 
  • Leadership of our seminars and trainings and taking responsibility for this important contribution to the success of our education department 
  • Training of the participants primarily in the area of ServiceNow  
  • Impart sound, conceptual know-how based on many years of ServiceNow experience 
  • Continuous development of your skills and knowledge in this ambit  
  • Taking responsibility for the seminar results and the learning success of the participants 
  • Further development/adaptation of corresponding training documents 

 

Essential experience: 
  • Successfully completed a degree in computer science or comparable qualification 
  • Professional experience as an architect with emphasis on ServiceNow 
  • Ideally, you gained relevant professional experience in IT service management and have solid experience as a trainer 
  • Experience in training specific ITIL® processes is an advantage.  
  • Certification in ServiceNow, ITIL® Expert 
  • High sense of responsibility and service orientated 
  • Convincing, rhetorical and authentic appearance 
  • Work efficiently, well-structured and self-organized 
  • Good written and spoken English 
  • Willingness to travel
