ITIL® Foundation

You will get to know a possible usage of ITIL® processes in your organisation. Also find out how customers nowadays perceive the IT organisation and which criteria they apply to their evaluation. You will find out what an IT service and the IT Service Management necessary for it is like and how it could be implemented.

ITIL® Lifecycle Stream

These courses are addressed to professionals in whose organisation the processes based on ITIL® are already implemented or are to be implemented.

These courses are especially addressed to team leaders, superiors, service-responsible persons, process owners and managers, who wish to deepen their abilities in ITIL® and deal with strategic decisions. These courses are in addition needed by persons who can achieve the ITIL® Expert status by means of the Lifecycle Stream.

ITIL® Expert

The ITIL® Expert compact courses consist of two parts and are the quickest way of becoming an ITIL® Expert. These courses of 7 days each, take place in the 4-stars hotel "Zugbrücke Grenzau" in Höhr-Grenzhausen and contain all-inclusive boarding in a 4* Hotel, i.e. all overnight stays, breakfast, lunch, dinner, all drinks and the entire break catering are included in the price.

ITIL® Capability Stream

These courses are addressed to professionals in whose organisation the processes based on ITIL® are already implemented or are to be implemented. These courses are especially addressed to operative employees, team leaders, project-responsible persons, service-responsible persons, customer-responsible persons, superiors and managers, who wish to deepen their abilities in ITIL®. These courses are in addition needed by persons who can achieve the ITIL® Expert status by means of the Capability Stream.

ITIL® Simulations

Playfully become acquainted with the possibilities of ITIL® in your company in simulations. Experience a fictitious space flight or increase the productivity of a pizza delivery man. Many typical issues which are encountered in IT organisations become visible. A translation to any sector is possible.
